purchase of laboratory equipment based on the scientific analysis of offers

extension of analytic assessment methods for food product quality and safety;
this objective requiring the performance increase of current equipment,
especially in the field of chromatographic analysis, and the purchase of some
new, performant equipment;

The
extension of services related to the ensurance and monitoring of the food
product quality and safety at the producer ( technological consultance, HACCP
analysis).

The
certification of the personnel working in the laboratory in the field of lab
analyses, HACCP and quality management systems.

The
assessment and accreditation by RENAR of new procedures in accordance whit the
new analytic methods of food product quality an safety assessment. (with
reference especially to active biologic compounds, additives, micotoxins,
pesticides, other contaminants, genetically modified organisms and food
products.) ant with methods of ensurance and monitoring of food product
quality and safety;

Laboratory promotions;
o Web site update and promotion by means of
advertising materials
o Creating workshops with food producers, with
the purpose of promoting the latest information related to product quality and
safety , according to EU legislation.
3). Achieving
national and international collaborations.

Collaboration with national institutions responsible for food and consumer
safety, with the purpose of food quality monitoring, prevention of
counterfeit and/or contaminated food consumption, risk analysis

Integration within some national and international programs of monitoring
food product quality an safety in accordance with EU legislation ( the
creation of a data base, updating the laboratory website, the integration of
the laboratory in the national and international networks dealing with food
safety and quality issues.)
